1. Information we collect

Information you provide: when you submit our lead form or purchase a report, we collect your email address and/or phone (including WhatsApp number), your language preference (EN/ES), and property details you submit for analysis. When you pay, our payment processor collects your billing details — we receive only payment confirmation, your name, email, and transaction identifiers.

Browser localStorage: when you save deals in the Deal Scorecard, your deal configurations are stored locally in your own browser. We do not transmit or store your saved deals on our servers unless you explicitly submit them via a form. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Shareable links (?deal=): when you copy a shareable deal link, your deal parameters are encoded into the URL itself. Anyone with that link can load those parameters.

Technical data: our hosting provider logs standard data (IP address, browser/device type, pages visited) for security, spam prevention, and performance.

2. How we use your information

We use your information strictly to: deliver reports, briefs, and calls you requested or purchased; communicate about your order via email or WhatsApp; improve our calculator defaults and market benchmarks; and detect spam or fraud.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your contact information with developers, telemarketers, or data brokers. If you ask us to connect you with a vetted partner (agent, property manager, attorney), we share your info only with your direct consent.

3. Service providers

Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (encrypted database for lead records), PayPal (PCI-DSS compliant payment processing), and WhatsApp/email providers (delivery and support) process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

4. Retention & security

We retain lead and transaction records as needed to fulfill services and comply with tax/accounting law. Database access is restricted to authorized personnel over encrypted connections.

5. Your rights

Regardless of where you reside, you may: opt out of marketing messages anytime (reply STOP on WhatsApp, unsubscribe in emails, or contact us); request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; or ask us to permanently delete your record. Email srn-support@ytechventures.com — we process requests within 7 business days. You can delete saved calculator deals anytime in the UI or by clearing browser data.
