Payments, Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Pricing & currency

All prices on SRealtyNest are in United States Dollars ($ USD). Current offerings: Pre-Construction Due-Diligence Report from $349 USD; Due-Diligence Report + 1-on-1 Strategy Call from $549 USD; Investor Intel Brief — free.

We may update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already paid and confirmed.

2. Payment processing

All transactions are processed securely via PayPal. SRealtyNest does not see, store, or process your full card numbers or CVV codes. We receive payment confirmation, your name, email, and transaction identifiers from PayPal.

3. Fulfillment & delivery

Order intake: after payment, send us the project name, developer (constructora), location/region, unit configuration, and developer pricing/payment schedule if you have it. If you built a scenario in our Deal Scorecard, include your shareable ?deal= link — it gives us your exact numbers instantly.

Delivery timeline: standard turnaround is two (2) to five (5) business days, excluding weekends and US/Dominican Republic public holidays, counted from the moment we receive complete property details from you.

Delivery format: reports are delivered electronically via email and/or WhatsApp as a downloadable PDF and/or private web link.

Strategy calls ($549 tier): once your report is delivered, we send a scheduling link to book your 1-on-1 session within fourteen (14) days of report delivery.

Investor Intel Brief (free): delivered via email or WhatsApp on the publication schedule then in effect. Unsubscribe anytime.

4. Refund & cancellation policy

Before research begins (full refund): if you request cancellation in writing to srn-support@ytechventures.com within six (6) hours of purchase AND before our analysts have commenced research, we issue a 100% refund (less non-refundable payment processor fees, if any).

After research commences or report delivery (non-refundable): all sales are final. Dissatisfaction with the objective financial verdict — for example, if our report reveals negative cash flow, overpricing, or developer risk on a unit you hoped to buy — is not grounds for a refund. Identifying those risks is the core value of the service.

Unverifiable properties (automatic 100% refund): if a developer or project is so new or opaque that sufficient public or market data does not exist to produce a meaningful report, we notify you within 48 hours of your order and issue an immediate 100% refund.

Late delivery guarantee: if we fail to deliver within five (5) business days of receiving complete property details (and you have not agreed to an extension), you may request a full refund any time before delivery.

5. Material fact corrections

If you identify a verifiable calculation error or material factual error in your delivered report within seven (7) days of delivery, notify us and we will audit and re-issue a corrected version at no additional charge.

6. Chargebacks

Contact us first at srn-support@ytechventures.com — most billing issues are resolved within 48 hours. Initiating an improper PayPal dispute after receiving a completed report breaches our Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to submit delivery timestamps, communication records, and access logs to contest it.
